Official Rules

The Puppy Yoga Club Black Friday Early Access Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Puppy Yoga Club LLC, 5050 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 201, Miami, FL 33137 ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram or Facebook.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, and to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

The Giveaway begins on November 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

During the Entry Period, visit puppy-yogaclub.com and submit the Black Friday early access form with your phone number (adding your email address is optional). Submitting the form also signs you up to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sponsor, as described next to the form. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you may reply STOP at any time without affecting your entry. To enter without signing up for marketing messages, use the alternative method of entry below.

Alternative method of entry: send an email to hello@puppy-yogaclub.com with the subject line "Black Friday Giveaway" and your full name, email address, and state, province or territory of residence. Alternative entries must be received during the Entry Period and have the same chance of winning as all other entries.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Entries generated by automated means, or submitted with multiple or fake identities, will be disqualified.

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is a 12-month Puppy Yoga Club membership which includes 2 classes per month, one booking at a time, valid at all Puppy Yoga Club studios in the United States and Canada, starting on the date of activation, which is December 10, 2026. Winners are responsible for any travel to a studio. If a winner is unable to use the membership, it will not be replaced or refunded. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: US$468 / CA$468. Total ARV of all prizes: US$1,404. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged or substituted, except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

On or about November 23, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email or text message on the day of the drawing and must reply within five (5) days of notification. Before being declared a winner, a potential winner residing in Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or (for Canadian residents) does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, the prize will be forfeited and the next alternate potential winner, drawn at the same time in ranked order, will be notified and will also have five (5) days to reply. A maximum of two (2) alternates will be contacted per prize; if no alternate qualifies, that prize will not be awarded.

Once all winners have been confirmed, on or about December 10, 2026, Sponsor will announce the winners in a post on its Instagram account @puppy_yogaclub, using each winner's first name and last initial, city and state or province, and, only with the winner's consent, their Instagram username. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to this use without further compensation.

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. If you enter through the early access form, you will receive marketing text messages (and emails, if you provide your email address) as described next to the form. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking unsubscribe, without affecting your entry. Entrants using the alternative method of entry will not be signed up for marketing messages.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

To the extent permitted by law, by entering, participants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and Meta, Instagram and Facebook from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of a prize.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Florida, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws.
