      Find your prepaid card in your email Right after your purchase, you get a prepaid card by email, loaded with the value of your classes.

      Book your class Pick a studio in your city, a date and a time, then go to checkout.

      Enter your card code at checkout Each class is taken from your pack. Book the next ones whenever you like.
    Where can I use it?

    In all the studios of the city you chose: they are listed under “Your pack works in these studios”.

    Your classes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    Your pack works in the studios of the city you chose, since class prices are different from one city to another.

    Can I share my classes?

    Yes. Use your classes for the friends and family you bring along.

    How long are my classes valid?

    12 months from the date of purchase.

    Can I reschedule a class?

    Yes, from the “Reschedule your Order” page, like any other booking.

    Why are prices different between cities?

    Your pack is based on the regular price of a class in your city, which is not the same everywhere.
