Most sessions include 6 to 10 puppies. The exact number can vary depending on the litter size and the puppies available that week. We always aim to create a fun and comfortable environment for both guests and puppies.
Do I need yoga experience to participate?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. The yoga portion is gentle and accessible, focusing on relaxation and fun rather than intense exercise.
Where do the puppies come from?
Our puppies come from trusted partners, including responsible breeders and rescue organizations. These partnerships allow us to create a safe and positive socialization experience for the puppies while also helping some of them connect with future families.
Are the puppies treated ethically?
Yes, the puppies’ wellbeing is our top priority. Sessions are designed to support positive socialization in a safe and supervised environment. Puppies are carefully monitored, given breaks when needed, and never forced to participate.
Can I take photos with the puppies?
Yes! Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the class. Many participants enjoy capturing special moments with the puppies.
Do you work with rescues ?
Of course ! We collaborate with rescues whenever possible. Regardless, all puppies at our sessions are in need of a loving home !
Are the puppies adoptable?
Yes! Many puppies participating in our sessions are adoptable. While Puppy Yoga Club does not manage the adoption process directly, our team can share contact information for our partners after the session.
What happens if I can’t attend my class?
Because spots are limited and reserved in advance, tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your event.

How many people attend each class?
Each class has a maximum of 20 participants to ensure everyone has enough space and meaningful interaction with the puppies. On average, most classes have between 12 and 15 guests.
Will there be time to play and cuddle the puppies?
Absolutely! The second half of every class is dedicated to puppy cuddles, playtime, and photos.
Will there be accidents (pee or poop) during the session?
Puppies are still learning, so occasional accidents can happen. Our team is always present to quickly clean and sanitize the space to keep the environment comfortable for everyone.
Is the class beginner-friendly?
Yes. The yoga portion is light, relaxed, and beginner-friendly, making it accessible to everyone.

How old are the puppies?
Most puppies are typically between 8 and 16 weeks old, which is an ideal age for safe socialization experiences.
What are the benefits for the puppies?
Our Puppy Yoga sessions have numerous benefits for the puppies. They promote socialization by allowing interaction through play and affection with various types of people in a controlled and secure environment. Exposure to new situations (new sounds and smells) also provides rich mental stimulation, aiding in the development of curiosity, adaptability, and confidence.
These sessions can also help puppies connect with potential adopters and sometimes find loving homes.
Are the puppies vaccinated or cleared for socialization?
Yes. Puppies participate only when they are cleared for safe interaction according to veterinary and breeder guidance.
Do the puppies get tired or stressed during sessions?
Our team carefully monitors the puppies during every session. If a puppy becomes tired or overwhelmed, they are given breaks or removed from the activity to rest.
What breeds of puppies will be there?
We feature a variety of adorable breeds throughout the year depending on our partner breeders and puppy availability.

Booking & Policies
How do I book a class?
You can book your Puppy Yoga experience directly through our website by selecting your preferred city, date, and time. Click here to book.
Will I receive a confirmation email after booking?
Yes. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details.
Are tickets refundable?
Given the pop-up nature of our events, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your class up to 48 hours before the event.

What happens if I miss my class due to delays?
Because classes operate on a fixed schedule and space is limited, we are unfortunately unable to reschedule sessions missed due to delays.
What happens if the puppy breed changes?
Most of the time, the breed we announce is the one that attends the class. However, in rare cases, the breed may change at the last minute due to factors such as puppy availability, health, or socialization readiness. Our priority is always the puppies’ wellbeing.
If a breed change happens, we notify guests as soon as possible on our Instagram Stories. In many cases, guests end up loving the puppies that attend just as much. However, if you prefer to attend a session with the originally announced breed, our team will be happy to help you reschedule your booking, even if the request is made within the usual 3-day window.
What happens if the class is cancelled?
In the rare event that a class needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be contacted and offered alternative booking options.
Practical Information
Do you provide yoga mats?
Yes! Yoga mats are provided, so you don’t need to bring your own.
What should I wear or bring to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing (athleisure). You’re also welcome to bring a water bottle if you’d like.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Guests aged 5 and older are welcome to participate.
How many adults must accompany minors?
For minors over 10 years old: 1 adult for every 5 children
For minors under 10 years old: 1 adult for every 4 children
All participants must have their own ticket.
If you would like to attend with a larger group of children per adult, we recommend booking a private event.

Do I need to sign a waiver before attending?
Yes. All participants are required to complete a waiver before attending the class, which will be provided on-site when you arrive.
Can I attend if I have dog allergies?
If you have dog allergies, we recommend consulting your doctor before attending, as puppies will be freely moving around the space.
What happens if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early. If you arrive late, entry will depend on the stage of the class to avoid disrupting the session.
Please note that entry may be refused if you arrive more than 20 minutes after the class has started. In some situations, our team may make exceptions depending on the circumstances.
I forgot an item at the studio, what should I do?
If you believe you left something behind, please email us at hello@puppy-yogaclub.com. Our team will do our best to help locate the item and arrange a way for you to recover it as soon as possible. Since our studios are typically rented spaces used mainly on weekends, recovery may depend on access to the location.

Vouchers and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
